You’ll be happy to know that with Itekanele Health Scheme, there is no age limit and we reward our clients for their loyalty with our 24 months cash-back for unclaimed funds. For 5 years, our focus on customer service has never wavered and we have been able to anticipate their needs and assist respectively. We are ecstatic of our accomplishment and are indebted to our customers.

Itekanele Health Subscription Adjustment - January 2012
To all our valued clients, it has been two years since your medical aid adjusted its subscription prices. Since then, medical expenses have escalated with the cost of consultations and medication going up by more than 60%. The scheme has to survive the current financial situation but remain affordable. To complement the minimum price adjustment, we have also increased your benefits, with an introduction of blood pressure, sugar diabetes and hypertension covers, including the monthly medication for the conditions. The scheme has also introduced filling for dental care. Better still our members are not required to pay any fees at the service providers unless if the limit is exceeded.

The new payment structure is listed below and will take effect January 2012.
